Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi Arrival
On arrival at Delhi Airport or Railway Station, you will be warmly received by our tour representative and assisted with a smooth transfer to your pre-booked hotel in the city. After check-in, you are free to relax and recover from your journey, or step out on your own to explore the nearby markets and sample some local North Indian cuisine. Overnight stay in Delhi.
After breakfast, begin a guided sightseeing tour of Delhi, starting with the heritage charm of Old Delhi where you can see Jama Masjid, enjoy a rickshaw ride through the bustling lanes of Chandni Chowk and take an outside view/photo stop of the Red Fort. Later, drive through the elegant avenues of New Delhi to see India Gate, Parliament House and Rashtrapati Bhavan, followed by visits to landmarks like Qutub Minar and Humayun’s Tomb, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. In the evening, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Delhi.
This morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Agra via the Yamuna Expressway, enjoying a comfortable journey of about 3–4 hours. On arrival in Agra, check in at your hotel and then proceed for sightseeing, starting with the magnificent Agra Fort, where successive Mughal emperors including Akbar, Jahangir and Shah Jahan once lived and ruled. From the fort’s viewpoints you can enjoy a distant glimpse of the Taj Mahal across the river, and, if time permits, you may explore the local bazaars of Agra before retiring for the night at your hotel.
Just before sunrise, you will visit the Taj Mahal, the breathtaking white marble mausoleum built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, often described as a poem in stone and the ultimate symbol of eternal love. After admiring the changing colours of the Taj in the soft morning light and spending ample time for photos, return to the hotel for breakfast and check-out. Later, drive to Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, passing through the scenic plains and small towns of northern India; on arrival in Jaipur, check in at your hotel and relax for the evening. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
After breakfast at the hotel, head out to visit the spectacular Amber Fort, the former hilltop capital of the Kachwaha rulers, known for its massive ramparts, ornate gateways and mirror-studded Sheesh Mahal. You can ascend to the fort by vehicle (or opt for the traditional-style elephant/jeep ride if offered ethically and available), and explore its courtyards, palaces and views over Maota Lake. In the afternoon, continue your Jaipur city tour with visits to City Palace, which houses royal museums and courtyards, and Jantar Mantar, the 18th-century astronomical observatory; you will also enjoy a photo stop outside the iconic Hawa Mahal before returning to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Today after breakfast, visit some of Jaipur’s other important landmarks such as the serene Birla Temple, the historic Albert Hall Museum and, time permitting, the Monkey Temple area. Later, you will be driven to the Elephant Village on the outskirts of Jaipur, a place dedicated to the care and well-being of elephants where you can spend quality time with these gentle giants in an ethical way. Here you may engage in supervised activities like feeding them fruits, helping to bathe them, gently massaging them, learning about their daily care and, where practiced responsibly, painting them with natural colours, creating a memorable and humane elephant experience. After the visit, you can either relax at the hotel or explore Jaipur’s colourful markets before staying overnight in Jaipur.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and enjoy a comfortable drive back to Delhi, which usually takes around 5–6 hours depending on traffic. Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be dropped at the airport or railway station for your onward journey or flight back home. Your Golden Triangle with Elephant Village tour concludes with wonderful memories of India’s history, culture and a special connection with elephants.
