Gujarat Wildlife Safari is a 6 nights / 7 days journey that brings you close to some of Western India’s most exciting wildlife and landscapes. Starting and ending in Ahmedabad, the tour covers the Little Rann of Kutch at Dasada, the famous Gir National Park, the countryside of Sayla and the bird‑rich wetlands of Nalsarovar. You experience desert safaris in search of the rare Asiatic wild ass, multiple jungle safaris in Gir to see Asiatic lions and other wildlife, as well as blackbuck herds, wetlands full of migratory and resident birds, and visits to nearby temples and villages. This tour is ideal for travellers who want a mix of big cat sightings, unique desert habitats, birdwatching and authentic rural Gujarat in one well‑planned week.Tour Highlights

Tour Itinerary
Day 1 – Ahmedabad to Dasada
Arrive in Ahmedabad, meet your representative and drive to Dasada. Check in, relax, then enjoy an evening desert safari in the Little Rann of Kutch with sunset and birdwatching at Bajana Lake.
Day 2 – Dasada to Gir National Park
In the morning, go for a wildlife safari in the Little Rann to see Asiatic wild ass and other desert wildlife. Later, drive to Gir National Park and check in at your hotel for overnight stay.
Day 3 – Jungle Safari in Gir National Park
Spend the day enjoying morning and evening jungle safaris in Gir National Park. Look out for Asiatic lions, leopards, deer species like sambar and four‑horned antelope, jackals, hyenas and more.
Day 4 – Gir Safaris and Nearby Sightseeing
Continue with morning and evening safaris in Gir, spotting a variety of wildlife. Visit Devaliya (the special lion area), enjoy nature walks or birdwatching, and optionally explore Somnath Temple, Ahilya Temple and Sun Temple.
Day 5 – Gir Safari and Local Exploration
Use this day for additional safaris in Gir or nearby sightseeing as per the plan, giving you more chances to see lions and other wildlife and to experience the local culture.
Day 6 – Gir to Sayla
After breakfast, drive to Sayla and check in at your hotel. Later, head out to nearby grassland areas to see large herds of blackbuck antelope before returning for overnight stay.
Day 7 – Sayla to Ahmedabad & Departure
In the morning, visit Nalsarovar Bird Sanctuary for birdwatching on the lake and marshes. Afterwards, drive back to Ahmedabad Airport to board your onward flight, marking the end of your Gujarat Wildlife Safari.
Inclusions
- Accommodation on twin sharing basis in hotels/lodges at Dasada, Gir and Sayla as per itinerary.
- Daily breakfast and main meals during the wildlife sector as mentioned in the program.
- Scheduled jeep safaris in Little Rann of Kutch and Gir National Park with park entry, vehicle and guide charges as per itinerary.
- All surface transfers and sightseeing by private vehicle from Ahmedabad and back, as per the tour plan.
