Tour Itinerary
Day 1: A Taste of Delhi, Followed by the Road to Agra
Your driver will meet you at your Delhi hotel or agreed pickup point around 7:00–7:30 AM. With your luggage loaded, begin with a short introduction to the capital before travelling onwards.
Start around Jama Masjid and the lanes of Old Delhi. A brief walk offers a glimpse of the neighbourhood’s daily activity; an optional rickshaw ride can be requested if the schedule allows.
Continue towards India Gate for an exterior stop where access permits. Then choose one main monument according to your interests:
Humayun’s Tomb for its architecture and garden setting.
Qutub Minar complex for its minaret and archaeological remains.
After lunch, leave for Agra. Keep approximately 3.5–5 hours available for the drive, including flexibility for traffic and breaks.
Check in to your hotel on arrival. The evening is yours to rest, have dinner and prepare for the early start.
Overnight stay: Agra.
Day 2: The Taj Mahal in Morning Light, Then Onwards to Jaipur
The day begins early, with your pickup time confirmed according to sunrise, hotel location and entry arrangements.
At the Taj Mahal, take time to enjoy the changing light, look closely at the marble details and explore the gardens. A local guide, if selected, can explain the history behind the monument and help you make sense of its design.
Return to your hotel for breakfast and check-out before visiting Agra Fort. Its courtyards and royal buildings add another chapter to the city’s Mughal story.
Later, set off for Jaipur with a lunch stop along the way. Allow approximately 4.5–6 hours for the transfer without an extended sightseeing visit.
Fatehpur Sikri can be requested as an optional stop. Including it means a longer day and later arrival, so it is best agreed before booking.
Reach Jaipur, check in and enjoy a quiet evening.
Overnight stay: Jaipur.
Day 3: Spend the Day Exploring Jaipur
After breakfast, head out around 8:00 AM for your main Jaipur sightseeing day.
Begin at Amber Fort, allowing time to walk through the courtyards, explore the palace areas and pause for photographs. The visit can be adapted to your walking comfort.
On the way back towards the city, stop beside the lake for an exterior view of Jal Mahal. Continue to Hawa Mahal for photographs of its distinctive façade. An interior visit can be requested and fitted into the schedule.
Break for lunch before exploring City Palace. Your visit will cover the areas included in your selected ticket; special-access sections should be arranged separately.
Continue to Jantar Mantar, where a guide can help explain the purpose of the large astronomical instruments.
If you feel like exploring a little more, finish with a short market walk. Browse at your own pace or skip shopping and return to your hotel for an earlier rest.
Overnight stay: Jaipur.
Day 4: A Relaxed Breakfast and the Return to Delhi
Enjoy breakfast, check out and meet your driver for the return journey.
A departure around 9:00–10:00 AM is suggested, with stops for meals and refreshments as needed. Allow approximately 5–6 hours or longer, depending on traffic, breaks and your Delhi destination.
Finish at your hotel, airport, railway station or another agreed location. Share onward travel details before booking so the departure time can be planned with a suitable buffer.
Alternatively, end the tour in Jaipur. This removes the final Delhi transfer and can be useful if your onward journey starts there.

FAQs
Q 1. What is the itinerary for the 4 Days Golden Triangle Tour?
The tour starts in Delhi with selected sightseeing before continuing to Agra. Day 2 includes the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, followed by the journey to Jaipur. Day 3 is dedicated to Jaipur sightseeing, while Day 4 is mainly reserved for the return to Delhi. A Jaipur finish can also be requested.
Q 2. How is the four-day tour different from the three-day Golden Triangle trip?
The four-day itinerary includes an additional night in Jaipur and separates the main Jaipur sightseeing from the return journey. This gives you more time for the city’s attractions, lunch and optional market exploration without needing to drive back to Delhi immediately afterwards.
Q 3. What is included in the Golden Triangle tour package?
The proposed package includes a private air-conditioned vehicle, an experienced driver, transfers and sightseeing along the agreed route. Three nights’ accommodation, breakfast, local guides and monument tickets are included only when specified in your quotation. Your booking confirmation will explain the complete inclusions.
Q 4. Where do we stay during the three-night tour?
The suggested arrangement is one night in Agra and two nights in Jaipur. You can request a preferred hotel category or book your accommodation independently. Before confirming, check the hotel names, room types, breakfast arrangements and cancellation conditions.
Q 5. Which Delhi attractions can we visit on the first day?
The suggested morning includes Jama Masjid, a short Old Delhi walk and an India Gate exterior stop where access permits. You can then choose either Humayun’s Tomb or the Qutub Minar complex. The final selection depends on your pickup time, traffic and preferred sightseeing pace.
Q 6. Does this tour include a Taj Mahal sunrise visit?
The standard itinerary plans an early-morning Taj Mahal visit on Day 2. Your hotel pickup is adjusted to your travel date, hotel location and entry arrangements. Sunrise views depend on weather and visibility, so a clear sunrise cannot be guaranteed.
Q 7. What happens if our Taj Mahal visit falls on a Friday?
The Taj Mahal is closed to general visitors every Friday. If your planned visit falls on a Friday, the travel dates or sightseeing order must be adjusted before confirming hotels and transport. Mention whether a sunrise visit is essential when requesting your itinerary.
Q 8. Are monument tickets and Taj Mahal mausoleum entry included?
Entry tickets are included only when clearly stated in the quotation. The Taj Mahal’s main mausoleum requires an additional ticket option beyond general admission, so confirm whether your package includes that access. Other separately ticketed sections and experiences should also be checked before booking.
Q 9. Which places are covered during the full day in Jaipur?
The proposed sightseeing includes Amber Fort, exterior photo stops at Jal Mahal and Hawa Mahal, City Palace and Jantar Mantar. A short market walk can be added if time and energy allow. Special-access areas, additional attractions and interior visits beyond the agreed plan may require extra time or charges.
Q 10. Can we visit Fatehpur Sikri between Agra and Jaipur?
Yes, Fatehpur Sikri can be requested as an optional stop on Day 2. It adds sightseeing time and results in a later Jaipur arrival. Confirm this extension in advance so the guide, vehicle schedule and any additional charges can be included in your quotation.
Q 11. Will we have the same private car throughout the tour?
The proposed package uses a private vehicle for the confirmed route and sightseeing. The vehicle category should be selected according to your group size and luggage. Ask your operator to confirm the car arrangement, passenger capacity and any restrictions before booking.
