Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Delhi and Settle In

Meet your driver at Delhi airport, railway station or your agreed pickup location. Travel to your hotel and take time to settle in after your journey. Standard hotel check-in times apply; early check-in requires a separate arrangement.

Keep the remainder of the day flexible. Depending on your arrival time and energy, you can request a short local outing or spend the evening resting. Avoid planning essential sightseeing today, especially if you arrive on an international flight.

Overnight stay: Delhi.

After breakfast, begin your introduction to Delhi with a visit around Jama Masjid and the streets of Old Delhi. Walk through selected market lanes, with an optional rickshaw ride if you would prefer a shorter walk.

Later, continue towards New Delhi for an India Gate exterior stop where access permits. Visit Humayun’s Tomb and, if the schedule allows, continue to the Qutub Minar complex. Your driver and guide can adjust the order according to traffic, opening arrangements and your preferred pace.

Break for lunch during the day and return to your hotel in the late afternoon or evening. If you prefer longer visits and fewer stops, choose one main monument instead of covering both.

Overnight stay: Delhi.

Enjoy breakfast, check out and leave Delhi for Agra. Keep this part of the day mainly for the road journey, with a refreshment stop when needed.

On arrival, check in to your hotel according to its check-in policy and take a break before visiting Agra Fort. Explore at a comfortable pace, allowing time for the courtyards, architecture and photographs.

Keep the evening relaxed ahead of tomorrow’s early start. An additional outing can be considered if you arrive early, but it is not essential to the day’s programme.

Overnight stay: Agra.

Start early for your Taj Mahal visit. The monument opens 30 minutes before sunrise on normal operating days and closes to general visitors every Friday, so the exact date and pickup time need careful planning.

Take time to explore the grounds, enjoy the morning atmosphere and photograph the monument. A guide, if included in your package, can explain its history and architectural details.

Return to your hotel for breakfast and check-out before leaving for Jaipur. Stop for lunch along the way and continue to your hotel.

An optional Fatehpur Sikri visit can be requested before booking. Adding it will extend the day and leave less time to relax after reaching Jaipur.

Overnight stay: Jaipur.

After breakfast, head to Amber Fort for the first main visit of the day. Explore its courtyards and palace areas before returning towards central Jaipur. Stop for exterior photographs at Jal Mahal and Hawa Mahal along the sightseeing route.

After lunch, continue to City Palace and Jantar Mantar. City Palace brings together royal buildings and museum spaces, while Jantar Mantar introduces the city’s historic astronomical instruments. A local guide can help explain what the instruments measure and how they work.

If you would like to browse local shops, finish with a short market walk. Shopping remains optional, and you can return to the hotel earlier instead.

Overnight stay: Jaipur.

Have breakfast and check out for the journey to Udaipur. Treat this as the main road-transfer day of the itinerary rather than a full sightseeing day.

Leave time for lunch, refreshments and comfortable breaks. Your departure time should reflect the season, road conditions and your preferred arrival time.

Reach Udaipur, check in and enjoy a quiet evening. If you arrive with enough time and energy, take a short local walk or arrange dinner with a lake view, subject to availability. Keep any essential Udaipur visits for the following day.

Overnight stay: Udaipur.

Begin with Udaipur’s City Palace, which stands above Lake Pichola. Explore the museum areas included in your ticket and pause to enjoy views across the lake and surrounding city.

Continue with a visit to Jagdish Temple and a walk through selected old-city streets, adjusting the route to your walking comfort. Take a lunch break before deciding how much additional sightseeing you would like.

Later, request an optional Lake Pichola boat ride. Rajasthan Tourism highlights the lake’s sunset views of the City Palace, but the experience depends on weather, operating schedules and availability. Confirm the boat service and any island stop separately rather than assuming every ticket includes the same route.

Overnight stay: Udaipur.

After breakfast, leave Udaipur for Jodhpur. You can choose a direct transfer or request a visit to Ranakpur along the journey.

Ranakpur’s Jain temple is known for its marble architecture and intricately carved pillars, making it a worthwhile addition for travellers interested in religious architecture. Confirm visitor entry arrangements and temple rules before including the stop.

Continue to Jodhpur and check in to your hotel. Keep the evening free for dinner and rest rather than committing to another substantial visit.

Overnight stay: Jodhpur.

Spend the morning exploring Mehrangarh Fort. Its elevated setting, decorated palace rooms and museum collections make it a central part of Jodhpur sightseeing. Continue to Jaswant Thada, the white-marble memorial associated with Maharaja Jaswant Singh II.

After lunch, choose between a relaxed afternoon at your hotel and a guided walk through selected old-city lanes. A shorter walk works well if you prefer to focus on photographs and local atmosphere rather than additional monuments.

Leave some time for browsing or a leisurely final dinner. Your guide can adapt the walking route to your interests and mobility.

Overnight stay: Jodhpur.

Enjoy breakfast and check out according to your hotel’s policy. Your driver will transfer you to Jodhpur airport, railway station or another agreed location.

If you have a late departure, request an additional activity or extended vehicle use in advance. Extra hotel time, sightseeing and transport remain subject to availability and your confirmed quotation.
